About This Position

We are seeking an ambitious and result-oriented Business Development Manager to drive company growth across all service areas.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, securing partnerships, and expanding the company’s market presence.
This role requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership, networking, and communication skills who can translate opportunities into tangible results.

Responsibilities

    1. Develop and execute business growth strategies that align with the company’s vision and revenue targets.
    2. Identify, pursue, and secure new clients for real estate, construction, surveying, and engineering projects.
    3. Build and manage relationships with investors, partners, institutions, and corporate clients.
    4. Prepare and deliver persuasive business proposals, presentations, and partnership pitches.
    5. Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and new opportunities.
    6. Collaborate with the marketing and technical teams to develop tailored service packages and proposals.
    7. Oversee negotiation and closing of business deals with professionalism and accuracy.
    8. Track, analyze, and report business performance metrics to management.
    9. Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and client meetings.
    10. Supervise or mentor junior marketers and business representatives as needed.
  • Requirements

    • Bachelor’s Degree or HND in Business Administration, Marketing, Estate Management, or a related field (an MBA is an added advantage).

    • 3–6 years of experience in business development, marketing, or corporate sales — preferably in real estate, construction, or engineering services.

    • Proven track record of achieving or exceeding business targets.

    • Strong negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

    • Excellent communication (verbal and written) and analytical thinking.

    • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines under minimal supervision.

    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and business correspondence.

    • Professional appearance, integrity, and self-motivation.
