We are seeking a qualified and detail-oriented Civil Engineer to join our growing technical team. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, designing, and supervising construction projects — ensuring structural integrity, cost efficiency, and compliance with regulatory and environmental standards.

This role requires hands-on site supervision, technical reporting, and collaboration with the design, surveying, and project management units.

1. Plan, design, and oversee construction projects including residential, commercial, and infrastructure developments.
2. Prepare structural and engineering drawings, specifications, and cost estimates.
3. Supervise on-site construction activities to ensure quality, safety, and adherence to approved designs.
4. Collaborate with surveyors, architects, and project teams to ensure project accuracy and timelines.
5. Conduct feasibility studies, soil investigations, and material assessments where required.
6. Prepare project reports, progress updates, and technical documentation.
7. Ensure compliance with engineering standards, safety codes, and environmental regulations.
8. Provide technical guidance to artisans, site engineers, and subcontractors.
9. Evaluate completed works and ensure proper handover procedures.

1. B.Eng or HND in Civil Engineering or related field.
2. 2–5 years of practical experience in building construction or civil engineering projects.
3. Proficiency in engineering software such as AutoCAD, Revit, or Civil 3D.
4. Strong understanding of structural design principles, concrete works, and project supervision.
5. Knowledge of relevant codes and regulations in Nigeria.
6. Excellent communication and leadership skills.
7. Must be detail-oriented, organized, and able to work under pressure.
8. Registration with COREN or NSE (or in progress) is an added advantage.
9. Must reside in or be willing to relocate to Enugu State.
